#UBREAK IPHIX MARINA CA CRACKED#
3 rd: The battery was removed in a way when fixing the cracked screen. 2 nd: Got my phone back and I realized it was not my phone that they gave me. 1 st: Got my phone back and the casing was broken. Their customer service for the most part is nice, but if they mess something up on your phone they will insist that it was your fault even if it’s for some technical issue that seems very likely due to a bad repair.

I wouldn’t recommend using this place at all. I had to pick up my phone on three different occasions for two separate repairs and all three resulted in an incident. If you’re going to use this place, I insist that you check your phone thoroughly before leaving the store. Crappy replacement glass discolored, cheap and nondurable. They replaced the glass on my friend’s iPhone 6 for the same price uBreakiFix charged to do the 5S. Anyway, we’re taking it to the Apple store on Monday. What could a warranty possibly cover for a piece of glass if not a new crack? What a rip off. Glitches? On glass? He didn’t replace the digitizer, just the glass. The man told him the warranty does not cover physical damage, just glitches. Since he was still within his warranty, my boyfriend called the place and asked what he can do. But lo and behold, the yellow screen shattered first drop, with a case on. Mind you, I drop my phone a hundred times a day it doesn’t shatter. 2 months later, today, it dropped and the screen broke again. My boyfriend said it was whatever and softer on his eyes ( LOL) so I figured I would lay off until something else happened. Anyway, I immediately emailed their customer service with a photo of the two screens next to each other and they told me to contact the Marina location. I turned his brightness up and compared it to my same phone (original Apple screen) and the difference was like day and night. I noticed the brightness on his screen had a very yellow tint to it. He said his experience was quick and easy so he was satisfied. We didn’t want to bother with Apple so we did some searching and found this place as being the best place in our West LA area. Long story short, his iPhone 5S screen shattered. He’s not the type to write a Unilocal review, but I certainly am.
